Welcome to the official website for Delabole Parish Council
Delabole is a large village in north Cornwall which lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The village originally had three hamlets: Pengelly, Medrose and Rockhead, and they were absorbed into Delabole in the early 20th Century.
Delabole Parish Council was formed on April 1, 2021 as a result of a review of governance. The parish was formerly a ward of St Teath Parish Council.
The parish council meets monthly and shares the location of its meeting between St John's Church, High Street, the Methodist Chapel, Medrose Street and Delabole Fire Station.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at St John's Church at 7pm. All are welcome to attend. The Finance Committee will also meet at the Methodist Chapel on November 5.
